Our Crystallizer systems help to reduce waste water discharges and, in many cases, capture revenue-producing products. Using cutting-edge technology these crystallizers minimize the presence of polluting elements and help to achieve zero liquid discharge. These mechanically advanced systems use other technologies, such as Brine Concentrator, evaporator, or reverse osmosis system, to pre-concentrate the waste water and then convert the remaining waste to Pure water and solid disposables that can be used for landfill disposal. Mechanically advanced crystallizers can recover specific salts that can be sold to compensate operating costs. Because industrial wastewaters often contain mixtures of salts in variable concentrations, the design of an effective crystallizer system requires special expertise.
